Because of this research, we have decided that the rating that we will our trailer will be either a 15 or 18.
This is due to the fact that there will be strong violence and graphic imagery. There may also be times when the actors swear or use mild language, but nothing to obscene.

We also believe that the audience will be more boys that girls, because stereotypically girls get scared easier, and do not enjoy watching gory, graphic scenes.

The target audience for our piece are teenagers and young adults, between the ages of 15-21. Horror movies are also stereotypically in the favour of boys due to violence and pretty girls that are usually included, but we want it to appeal to both genders by using a balance of males and females in the piece.
